I began learning Tai Chi with Mark in 2013 and loved it straightaway. Tai Chi combines something I have always loved - dancing and keeping fit, with something I need - to learn to relax. I love the beautiful gentle flowing movements, and the fact that although there is no pressure, Tai Chi is so rich that we will always be gaining insight into this wonderful form, and into ourselves. It challenges us, yet it’s so gentle and peaceful we can take part in Tai Chi whatever our age or level of fitness.
