Video Classes
We have put together 12 classes, each one between 30 and 40 minutes long, for you to do from the comfort of your living room (or garden!) Each class consists of a Warm-up, 3 Kai Men exercises, 3 Daoyin exercises, and a break-down of one of the sequences of the short form, covering all 15 sequences of the short form in total. Click on the links below to be taken to each video on YouTube.
These videos are a great place to start if you are completely new to our art and want to know what to expect from our classes. They are also great for those of you who have started coming to classes and want to practise what you have learnt at home as they will help you to remember the moves. Finally, they are great for anyone just wanting to get a bit of extra practice in and vary what they usually do by working through the exercises within these videos.

Comments about our Video Classes:
Lovely to see Li style online! Great job. I studied in East Yorkshire with the LFA up until 2012 but then moved to China. Now in Phuket for a while but soon back to China later this year. I really enjoyed watching your videos it is almost like being back in class.
Many thanks, Rob
Thank you very much for the on line classes 1-12. They have been very helpful and informative with some new K'ai Men and Dao Yin. The breakdown of the short form sequences also brought a new light and understanding to technique and style. In particular, they have stimulated motivation to keep practising. A great encouragement to us all in these unusual times!
