I write to say how amazing your book is - Gathering Flowers. I bought it earlier in the year and now I am on my second read. It’s such a good book, clear to understand, well written and sincere. I have and still am learning so much from it, too much to write about here. I wanted to personally thank you for writing it and sharing your knowledge of the arts - JF
A true ancient art, life changing stuff! Be special and learn stuff that other people just don't know. Meet the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.
- Andrea, Wakefield class.
A wonderful atmosphere, great teachers and great students. I really can't recommend this class highly enough.
- Steve, Wakefield class.
I have just come home after my first class, and I absolutely loved it! Such a friendly atmosphere, I was made to feel very welcome, Mark was so good and patient, and everyone was helpful and friendly! Definitely will be going next week!
- Jane, Wakefield class.
For elderly people, it is great for improving balance.
- Anne, Thornhill class.
I always feel so much calmer after the class
- Janet, Thornhill class.
I enjoy learning something that calms me and improves my flexibility and well-being.
- Sue, Thornhill class.
The benefits from Tai Chi as a whole seem endless, the Kai Men exercises are challenging for both young and old as the challenge is with the self, approaching the extension relaxed and without tension, subtly extending your range of movement while opening energy pathways, nice!
- Mick, West Bretton class.
I really enjoy the Tai Chi class, I always feel relaxed, calm and energised at the end, and of course it helps to keep me supple without the risk of injury.
- Julian, West Bretton class.
You (Mark) are probably the best teacher I have ever met (in any field).
- Lynn, Saturday courses,Thornhill.
Really good to see Alan and yourself (Mark) doing foot-flows last night. A great advert for Feng Shou. A combination of movement, agility and grace all whilst trying to not get hit! The flowing ebb and flow movement is definitely what makes it recognisable as Feng Shou and defines our art. Anyone watching should surely recognise the hours of practice and skill level needed to make it look so effortless. A real treat!
- Barry, Wakefield class
